Music tuition…….and more….

I am a classically trained multi-instrumentalist, composer, performer and musical director. I give tuition on piano, flute, clarinet, saxophone and guitar and have over 30 years experience of teaching experiance. I also teach music theory up to Grade 8 and can give advice and tuition on Sibelius music notation software. Whatever your age and musical background, whatever path you wish to follow, I can design a programme of study based on your individual needs. I teach children from the age of 7 and adults. Pupils can take graded music examinations once they are ready and I use both the ABRSM and the TRINITY/GUILDHALL exam boards. My teaching practice takes me to Lydiard Millicent Primary School, Kingshill School, Cirencester and to New College, Swindon. I also take pupils at home during the late afternoon. I perform regularly with the Siren Sisters and am Musical Director of the Ashton Keynes Village Choir. Whilst at university I specialised in piano and composition and following university I continued to study piano, gaining a performers diploma from Trinity College of Music.
